Jack Henry Symitar Core Integration with HubSpot for Credit Unions

Client Overview

Our client is a credit union that was facing challenges in onboarding indirect members who joined the credit union through car dealerships. These members were often unaware of their membership and the payment process for their auto loans.

To address the challenges faced by the credit union, we proposed integrating the Jack Henry Symitar core banking platform with HubSpot CRM. This integration would automate the process of importing member lists, eliminating the need for manual imports and reducing the risk of errors. Additionally, we suggested implementing a data mapping strategy that would reconcile the account-centric data model of Symitar with the email-centric model of HubSpot.

By mapping relevant fields and leveraging unique identifiers, such as an external member ID, we could ensure accurate and up-to-date contact records in HubSpot. Furthermore, we recommended utilizing HubSpot’s custom association labels to manage the multiple financial product associations. This would streamline the process and eliminate manual work, making it easier to track and manage the relationships between members and their accounts or loans.

Challenges

Manual Imports:
